Getmoredonations, a US-based Digital Marketing Agency, focused on performance and production for fundraising for International Charities is actively Hiring.
Executive Assistant (Must be Fluent in English)
Location: Rawai, Phuket, Thailand. (On-Site)
Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 THB (Negotiable based on Skills and Experience)
Employment: Full Time (Mon to Fri)

• Manage executives' calendars and prioritize appointments and meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Perform general office management duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
